Scandic Arlandastad

Fantastic hotel with common Scandic standard. We spent there one night from Friday to Saturday in the middle of August before taking a morning flight. We enjoyed everything: the quietness and sound isolation of the hotel despite being close to the airport, the bedroom’s brightness and cleanliness, the comfort of the mattresses and beds, the abundant and varied breakfast for all tastes and diets, the flexibility and extended timescale of the shuttle between the hotel and the airport, and the friendliness of all the staff (reception, waitress at breakfast, cleaning ladies…). We are grateful for the possibility to get a kettle in the room. Being cyclists, we also appreciated that we could reach the hotel by bike from the airport on secured bike lanes the whole way, and that we could store our bikes and the big bike boxes in a secured storage space. We did not try the sauna nor the gym. Excellent experience and very good value for money overall.

Great beds and sauna.

The choice at breakfast was execellent! The shuttle bus needs booking a bit in advance but it goes every 20 minutes which is not a problem at all.

Comfortable, modern look and feel, spacious rooms, the best beds we had in our entire trip, no sounds from neighboring rooms. Great shower! Spacious bathroom. Good coffee from the machine at the reception desk.

The location was great for transiting like me on long haul flight needing a place to rest before next flight. Breakfast was great so was the staff very attentive caring and helpful catering to all needs. Lady at Reception was lovely she made best efforts to make my stay easy n comfortable. Shuttle very.well organised between hotel and airport.
